Return Policy FAQ

We do not provide return shipping labels. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference, as well as insurance in case the package is lost by the mail carrier.

If your purchase is received with any problems or defects via the manufacturer, please contact us via email (info@loveleighdesigns) within 3 DAYS of receiving about the issue, please provide photographs as well. We are not responsible for damaged items via mail carriers and the mail carrier will need to be contacted.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the correct shipping address is entered at check out. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
